Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
You must contact us at support@lavielingerie.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie accessories (such as nipple covers, adhesive bras, bra extenders, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
All other products are eligible for return if they meet the return conditions (unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery).
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive the refund via your original method of payment.
If the product arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, you may choose between a full refund or a free exchange
If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g. changed your mind), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Refunds will not be issued for products returned in damaged or used condition
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email us at support@lavielingerie.com with photos of the issue to begin the exchange process.
Return Shipping
If you are exchanging an item due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost
If you are requesting a refund for reasons other than defect/damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. However, cancellation approval is not guaranteed, as it depends on the order status and item availability. Please email support@lavielingerie.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
